1、Installation:Installing machine feet on flat groud,it can work properly.
2、Adding oil before using,then running the machine without loading,confirm the components in machine fixed strongly,the machine can work properly.
3、Loading material:Drive the charging cover of the barrel to the right above for loading materials,the best loading capacity is 45%-60% of the barrel,the most loading capacity can reach 75% of the barrel.
4、Close the charging cover for running the machine,anything abnormal happens,have to stop running and inspecting machine.For this double movement mixing system,mixing period is 50% shorter than normal V or three-dimensional mixing machine.
5、Washing barrel clearly and keep it dry before changing materials for mixing.
